It is seen that every next day a new player is getting injured. Now Injuries are becoming a big concern for every team. Like earlier, we have seen India's best all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja ruled out due to his knee injury and after then we saw India's best death overs specialist Jasprit Bumrah ruled out, for having a stress fracture in the lower back.

Now, the Sri Lankan fast bowler Dushmantha Chameera has been ruled out of the rest of the t20 World Cup. The right-arm Speed star has been ruled out by calf injury. The injury took place while playing the qualifier match against the U.A.E in Geelong on Tuesday. The Star bowler Chameera played a very crucial role in Sri Lanka's win over U.A.E with a margin of 79 runs. The 30-year-old bowler took 3 crucial wickets at the start of the innings, which gave the Lankan power in giving a very tough start by not letting the U.A.E players settle down easily to score runs. Sri Lanka has bounced back very strongly from their earlier defeat against Namibia in the starting matches of the Group Stage.
The star bowler meets the injury while bowling the last over of his spell. He was seen in deep pain shaking his head while he was going out of the field.
In his vital spell of 3.5 overs, he took 3 important wickets and gave 15 runs. Professor Arjuna de Silva, who oversees Sri Lanka's medical operations, later confirms that he will be out of the tournament. 
He also added that he might be getting out of the side for a longer period of time for his full recovery. The medical head of the SLC's advisory committee, also told ESPNcricinfo about his injury "The previous injuries were on the anterior part of the ankle but, this one is in the calf. It's a grade-two tear"
Chameera's absence will be felt very much by the Lankans. He has been one of the best death-over specialists for Sir Lanka over the past few years. 
Now Sri Lanka's pace bowling is looking very low and weak for their next match as their seam options are out.
